- Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchange.
- No encashment or exchange without presentation of this invoice.
- Any exchange of sold ornaments can be made within 48 hours, only if it not tampered, repaired or used.
- If there is any exchange of sold ornaments after 48 hours, then making charges will be deducted.
- If there is any exchange of sold diamond studded Gold/Platinum ornaments after 48 hours, then making charges and 15% of the diamond value will be deducted.
- The company is not liable for colours, damage, loss and breakage of ornaments.
- In case of payment by cheque,delivery of goods will be made only after realization of cheque.
- Our Gold ornaments are guaranted for its quality i.e. 22/24k.
Bis Hallmark 916. - Althought extreme care and caution is always taken in setting jewellery with diamond(s), semi precious stone(s) may come out of their settings.
